With their many communication options and integrated firewall, the SAUTER Energy Data Loggers (EDL) are ideal data recording devices. They enable all meter and sensor data in an installation to be stored locally - securely and inexpensively - independently of a building management system. The data is periodically compared with the EMS server and saved. As a security measure against possible connection breaks with the EMS server, the data can be buffered for multiple days.
